By commissioning our own specialist stocktaking software we have ensured our clients can have swift, accurate information at short notice. The system operates as follows:

A database is created for each individual outlet (group reports available for companies)

Database emailed to stocktakers’ laptop computer

Physical stock take carried out and inputted by stock taker

Result produced on site (on screen) to show:

• Surplus/Deficit

• Gross Profit %s overall and line-by-line

• Stock on hand value

• Day’s stockholding

• Variance report

Full analysis of result and consultation and verbal report by stocktaker to area manager/owner.
Complete set of information emailed to head office

Head office check and despatch report according to client preference (email, fax or posted hard copy)

All scheduled stocktakes are confirmed by phone the week before to ensure convenience.
