History

Formed in 1979, the company’s founders had a clear vision. They believed that ‘customer focus’ was lacking in the industry and established OSN & Co to put client requirements first.

Such was the success of their approach that the company grew rapidly and each year continues to see consistent growth and an expanding client base. The current portfolio comprises corporate clients, individuals and, following recognition and approval by the District Auditor, Local Authority accounts (many of which are retained even when council facilities are privatised).

In keeping with its forward-looking, service-led approach, the company commissioned an innovative computerised stocktaking programme. Devised specifically for OSN & Co, it addresses even the most demanding requirements of clients and is used to produce ‘on-site’ results on laptop, which are transmitted via email to the office.

Despite the changes seen in over two decades of trading, the company is still dedicated to its founding principle of customer focus first.
